Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the cat3 platform, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and apply to users based in Bangladesh. cat3 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Any updated Terms will take effect immediately upon publication. We recommend checking this page regularly.
Users must be at least 18 years old to register on the cat3 platform. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
Account Creation, Security & Policy
Registration & Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration. Creating an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited. Each user is permitted to hold one account only.
Cat3 reserves the right to suspend or close all accounts belonging to any user found attempting to create multiple accounts.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact us immediately.
Using another person's account or operating an account on someone else's behalf is strictly prohibited.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Cat3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without warning in the following cases:
- Providing false information or committing identity fraud.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Violating platform rules or engaging in fraudulent activity.
- Attempting to harm other users.
- Engaging in any illegal activity.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
When using the cat3 platform, you must comply with the following:
- Use the platform for lawful purposes only.
- Do not interfere with the platform's technical systems or security infrastructure.
- Do not use automated scripts, bots, or unauthorized software.
- Do not collect or use other users' personal information.
Prohibited activities include:
- Attempting to obtain bonuses or promotions through fraudulent means.
- Conducting cyber attacks against the platform.
- Harassing or threatening other users.
- Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activities.
Violations of these rules may result in account suspension as well as legal action.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Information
All financial transactions on the cat3 platform are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). Currently supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
For deposits:
- Deposit the correct amount through the designated payment method.
- Once a deposit is confirmed, your balance is typically updated within a few minutes.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are stated on the relevant page.
For withdrawals:
- Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
- Withdrawal requests may take some time to process.
- Specific conditions must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
Cat3 reserves the right to review and place a hold on any suspicious transaction. If financial fraud is established, the relevant authorities will be notified.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties

The cat3 platform provides its services on an "as-is" basis. Service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical issues, server downtime, or internet connectivity problems. cat3 will not be held liable for any losses arising from such circumstances.
Users bear full financial responsibility for any losses arising from gaming activity. cat3 operates solely as a platform provider.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the cat3 platform — including logos, designs, text, and graphics — is protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of this content without cat3's written permission is strictly prohibited.
Any third-party links on the platform are provided for informational purposes only. cat3 is not responsible for the content or policies of those external sites.
Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact
Right to Amend Terms
Cat3 may update these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice. Continuing to use the platform after changes are published will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.
Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled in the courts of Bangladesh.
